Star by using the first few slides to create mind
maps and or brainstorms for ideas related to
your project. Get as many possibilities as you
can.
Don’t worry about practicality, suitability or
potential at this stage. You will assess the ideas
later.

- Gives player limit on money they can spend which can be set by
players from £50 – £100
- Vote for best outfit out of everyone
- Can change location but must leave behind outfit possibly made at
current location
Player- based
- can be played from 4 people up
- Another game mode where you are in teams of 2 and must style
one another
5. Idea Evaluation
Which of your ideas do you want to develop further? Explain why you think that is the right
idea to take forward.
I feel like taking the extra game mode of splitting the group of 4 into 2 people on a team
and they have to make a outfit for the other team would elevate my challenge beyond
what's its already capable of. I also think it would add more replay value and diversity for
the challenge by giving it a more light-hearted approach but also making it more
challenging as you would have to guess about the person your stylings size, style preference
and aesthetic interests but you could also use this to your advantage and just play around
with it and have fun by creating the worst outfit possibly and maybe even giving yourself a
better chance to win. Furthermore this give people an extra chance to possibly go to stores
they couldn’t last time or maybe in the original game mode couldn’t visit at the time.
Possible set-backs
- Would require 4g or Wi-Fi of some sort
- Could possibly send both teams to the same store which may cause some minor
confusion but may also benefit in the frenzy of trying to get clothes
- Needs 4 people
- Would have to be set up on 1 person out of both teams phone
6. Development
• Development should include mood boards or other visual
examples of work. It could include basic mockups of your
vision for the project using the work of others.
• These don’t need to be the same quality as your finished
pieces but they a good indicator of where your project is
going.
• As this is not final work, it may include work from others.
• You could include test work or practice work here too to
further develop your skills.
11. Assessment of final ideas
Suitability for audience:. Do you think your audience will engage with your ideas?
I believe my ideas have significance to them in which my audience will actively want to
engage with them especially the Instagram page as it would open an avenue for people
to promote themselves whilst also promoting our page therefore bringing in more
people to try the challenge as they get something in return.
Suitability for client: Does your idea fulfil the brief your client gave you?
I feel like my idea does that and more as I've given multiple ways you can engage with
my challenge idea, and it not just be a linear product of just one thing. I have given my
client 2 different types of game modes and a fully interactive Instagram page which
keeps them in the loop and gives back to the client by featuring them on the Instagram
page if they win their challenge.
Timescales: Is your project practical and manageable in the time you have?
I believe my product is practical and manageable within the time we have as it isn't all
too hard to setup fully there may be times in which I fall behind on certain aspects which
will mostly be technical but nothing that I wouldn’t be able to catch up on.
12. Production Schedule:
You should prepare a production schedule that will allow you to manage your time over
the 4 weeks of production. This should include:
• Deadlines: Interim deadlines help you keep on track, final deadlines are final.
• Availability: The availability of the client and any other people you may need to help
you with your project. You will need to contact them. You might to do visit. You may
need to liaise with models, or photographers.
• Feedback: This is a working brief with a real client. You will need to get feedback on
your work and also allow yourself time to make appropriate changes. Plan appropriate
time in to you schedule so that you can do this.
• Resources: You should include a list of resources that you will need to complete your
project. Remember that this all needs to be your own work
