spread across Worldwide.
Responsibilities Handled:
 Maintaining database for Client, Property and Tenants details.
 Processing Ad-Hoc to raise charges for the tenants.
 Reconciliation of Logs maintained for Query and Rejection.
 Creation and Expansion of New Vendors in the Database.

Invoices.
 Core Job is processing different language invoices with Application Kofax and
CAAPS.

to verify the details of the Invoice updates and validate.
CAAPS – Corporate Accounting Accounts Payable Solution is an application which
helps move the Invoice to the database where the Clients or AP Managers would pick

Coyote is one of the fastest-growing transportation and logistics service providers in North

Responsibilities Handled:
 I was handling Vouchers and Invoice processing for the Core Clients for Logistics Industry.
 Processing Invoices and Quality Analysis through the GP (Great Plain) System.
 Coordinating with the authorized approvers to set a workflow for NON-PO Invoices.
 Auditing Expense Reports of the employees, which includes cash and AMEX card
expenses.
 Making Payments to Vendors through GP System.
 Identification, recovery and prevention through root cause analysis of duplicate
bookings and payments.
 Handling email and escalation queries.
 Processing Fixed Assets by capitalizing the assets and Reconciliation.
