 The term Robotics deals with the mixture of
electronics.
 In brief, “Robotics” robot designs and
applications.
 A Robot is a machine which can do a work by
itself without any human assistance.
Introduction
The term "robot" was first used in 1920 in a play
called "R.U.R." Or "Rossum's universal robots" by
the Czech writer Karel Capek.
The word “Robot” comes from the word “Robota”
meaning, in Czech, forced labour,drudgery.
History
 1st law:
A robot may not injure a human being or through
inaction, allow a human being to come to harm.
 2nd law:
A robot must obey orders given it by human beings
except where such orders would conflicts with the First
Law
 3rd law:
A robot must protect its own existence as long as
such protection does not conflict with the First or Second
Law.
Three Laws of Robotics
 Robot - Mechanical device that performs
human tasks, either automatically or by remote
control.
 Robotics - Study and application of robot
technology.
 Telerobotics - Robot that is operated remotely.
