organisation works to report independently on company performance, provide investor
education and report and aggregate proxy voting. Success in raising the standard of
corporate governance in Australian listed companies is our claim.

CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations must be advised in writing
to the ASA. Cancellations received on
or prior to 19 April 2013 will receive a
full refund less a $75 administration fee.
Cancellations received after 19 April 2013
will not be refunded, however, a substitute
delegate can attend in your place.
