2. Brain Drain ( concept)
• On whole process there is possibility of misunderstanding at any level
and it is called brain drain
• In other words we can say break down of cycle at any level of
communication process

1.Poor Speaking
If a person having problem in conveying Information or expressing one’s
thought and feelings in spoken language then it is said to be poor speaking

2.Poor Listening
• If a person do not have the ability to process what the other person is
conveying then it is said to poor listening .
• Poor listening leads to misunderstanding.

• This is our mind tendency to understand message as negative
• Negativity bias is the Major cause for miscommunication
