negotiation skills:I studied about HRM and organizational behavior and theimportance

"customer" and establishing good connections. And I learned many kinds of interviews

interviewing theretail manager at Bank Misr it was a structured interview and we had
prepared questions that best enableus to understand the marketing department work
and how it contributes to thebank major goals and reflecting a clear picture about its
