2.  John started his career at the age of 24 in this
company.
 He was an pump truck operator.
 He works more than 35 hours a week in this
company without a leave.
 There is no extra growing interest area for the john
to grow.
 Manager of this company is very formal and
unfriendly in nature with the employees.

3.  Company A and B both are competitor
company.
 John joined this company at same position.
 Since this is a growing company, john had
various promotions since several years.
 Relationship between the john and the
manager is very good.
 John salary as well as his skill was also
increased.

4.  After few years, company faces a bad time
due to economy downfall due to which the
salary of employee along with the owner
himself was deducted up to 75%.
 John and the owner both happily agreed
with each other.
 John afterward got many job opportunity
but he still stick with company b and soon
everything went right.

7.  In my point of view, john was correct in his
decision to switch from company A to B.
 Because company B is a growing company
for john in terms of work, working hours, as
well as working environment.
 Their he came to enhance more skills and
knowledge as well as he was exploring
more and more.
