2.  SMART VILLAGES :-‘Smart Villages’ - the
community, individuals and collectively, will
be empowered to take smart decisions using
smart technologies, communication and
innovations.

6.  Every village school should be equipped with
smart class rooms and computers. This will
encourage & ignite curiosity among the
village students.

7.  Awareness must be spread among the masses
about cleanliness, heath, family planning,
agricultural methods and basic eduaction.

8.  Toilets should be provided for all.
 Sanitation is a must.
 Villages must be kept clean as stated by
the “Swachh Bharat Abhiyan”.

9.  Online medicine & online diagonisis by
expert doctors will help the villagers stay
healthy

10.  Doctors must diagnose the villagers regularly
through “Mobile Medical Clinics”.
 This will improve the health of the villagers.

11. Overhead tanks should be
constructed to provide safe
drinking water
Water must be treated at
treatment systems
(Natural/Artificial)

12.  Every village must be provided with safety
measures like “flood water sensors” at low
costs

13.  Drones can be used to monitor flood and
weather conditions in villages.
 They can be useful in adverse conditions and
can save many lives.

14.  Villagers can use
solar as well as
wind power for
their benefits.

(pictured right) are
an example

15.  Current technology like Skype &
Whatsapp can be very useful.
 The Sarpanch can keep in touch with his
ward members by using Whatsapp groups
or video calling

16.  Video conferencing will help villagers to
connect with the government officials and
will provide timely help to the villagers

17.  It looks beautiful to see
farmers and labourers
in the paddy field who
are working to supply
food to us. But they are
unable to build a house,
unable to give standard
Education to their
children etc. How many
of them are using LPG ?
Nobody shouts for
preservation of their
products to avoid
distress sale . Only
consolation.

18.  Farmers should be
provided with all
scientific,
mechanical and
modern tools.
 Countries like
Japan and
Indonesia provide
scientifically tested
crops to their
farmers.

19.  SMART APP FOR RIGHT PRICE FOR
PRODUCE All farmers register their
category of produce, quantity and their
expected price. Other useful apps for
farmers

20.  Selling traditional
cottage goods
produced in villages
will help to boost
economy.
 It will eradicate
poverty, provide
employment, and will
make villages
“smarter”.

21.  Govt. has come out with
another mode of banking
in the form of Mobile Van
Banking for covering those
villages which are
remotely located and
infrastructure availability
is poor. The Van would
travel to unbanked
villages to provide various
range of banking services
i.e;- Cash
Withdrawal/Deposit, Old
age pension, New account
opening.

22.  The whole point of the web-based dashboard is
that it lets you visualize the Key Performance
Indicators and other strategic data for your
organization at a glance. It is the dashboard tool
that presents management with the information
for the practical end of the organization.
 With this technology the villages can be
administered at-a-glance from any
server(central) point i.e. Collector’s office,
Gram Panchayat
