 Provide necessary input for identification of environmental aspects impacts & HIRA and
significant environmental aspects and intolerable Hazard for Plant- I and ETP &
Dispatch.
 Provide necessary inputs for achieving Environmental, OHSAS & EnMS objectives &
targets for plant- I and Dispatch.
 Responsible and accountable for plant operation and maintaining Critical Parameter in
plant-I & Dispatch and for reporting any deviations in the same.
 Responsible for my hole in Emergency Action Plan.
 Provide necessary inputs in monitoring & measurement of key parameter for identified
activities which can give significant environmental impact and intolerable hazard.
 Provide necessary input in complying with legal requirements with respect to air
emissions from Plant I and effluent from ETP and generation.
 Conservation of resources such as Power, Water, Fuel, Steam etc.
 Responsible for ETP operations.
 Minimize waste generation.
