• Ensure the effective implementation of the quality system

coordinating specific QA/QC audit activities to ensure that
fabrication and construction deliverables comply with project
specifications.
• Identifying non conformities (NCR) and assuring final
solutions.
• Preparation of Quality Procedures & ITP.
• Conducting workshop inspection at subcontractor places.
• Verify material and equipment received is meeting purchase
order and specification requirements.
• Conduct WQT(welder qualification test) as per Welding
Procedure Specification (WPS)
• Reviewing of all welding procedures and ensuring that proper
WPS is used in on job parameters. Visual examination of all
welds and carrying out proper NDE as per customer approved
NDE plan.
• Ensuring that all welders are properly qualified and proper
consumables are used in the job.
• Carrying out all stage wise inspection activities in the ongoing
job, and ensuring that all the operations being carried out in
the site are as per standards and project specifications.
• Closely monitoring the welder’s individual performance.
Strictly implementing the WPS& PQR’s instructions and
maintaining parameters reports. Monitoring and controlling
the repair percentage of each welder.
• Conducting Quality Tool box on weekly basis.
• Piping Spool (CS & Exotic Materials) Pre-fabrication & Erection
Inspection activities. (FU, WV, SD & Coordinates).
• Monitoring & witnessing NDT & PWHT activities.
• Review of Line/Weld History Sheet as per approved drawings.
• Final quality walks through and attending Quality Review
Meeting regularly and exploring the solution for the site
oriented problems.
• Review of Test package with P&ID and Isometric drawings.
• Witnessing Hydro testing & pneumatic testing.
• Conduct reinstatement of piping after pressure test; monitor
internal cleaning, Preservation and Flange Management.
• Preparation & Review of Pre-commissioning Dossiers.
• Co-ordination with Third Party Inspection Agency & CA for
clearance.
• Safety Auditing at site
