  19. 19. Risk Sharing Contract Structure Price Proposals – short-term engagement 1. Advance payments: These will a per cent of fixed fees. They shall be without a BG or against a BG. 2. Periodic Monthly Payments: These regular monthly fees shall smoothen the cash flow of Apohan. 3. Milestone based fees: These fees shall be based on delivery key milestones in the course of the assignment in place of fixed monthly payments. 4. Success fees: In select assignment the guarantee of achieving a goal with specified T&C wouldn’t be there. Hence, upon helping the client achieve this goal, a fraction of the total fees would be paid as success fees. Apohan is not a mere consulting company but also it believes in its recommendations & action plans. Hence success fees & profit sharing would be the key elements in the long-term engagements. Price Proposals - multiple year consulting charges 5. Revenue sharing: When the activities of Apohan result in sale of additional volumes, additional goods & services resulting in improved top-line, revenue sharing would come in. 6. Profit sharing: When the goods & services are sold at higher prices, bottom-line would improve and profit sharing would come into picture. 7. Profitability sharing: When our strategy results in reduction in operating or marketing & sales expenses per sale, profitability would improve. 8.
