Blue Dot Retired Status for Calibration
 Calibration will usea colored dot systemto identify retired instruments.
The purposeis to mitigate the potential risk of instruments migrating to
non-decommissioned areas. Instrumentswith completed exit calibration
will be labeled, per procedureand receive an additional Blue colored dot to
indicate retirement
Off-Site Calibrations:
 Green Dot placed on instruments on 12Dec2014
 Start Exit Calibrations week of 15Dec to 19Dec2014
 3 stages to be sent-out (see Checklist/B1 Toolroom/Grey Cabinets)
 SCHEDULING: 15Dec2014, 17Dec2014and 19Dec2014
- Need items by 10:00amin Cal Lab in order to ship-outby noon

 If it “Passes,” placea Blue Dot atop the Green/Yellow Dot
- Indicates “Retired” Status
 If it “Fails,” place a Red Dot atop the Green/Yellow Dot; initiate NCEP
 After NCEP completion, place a Blue Dot atop the Red Dot
- Indicates“Retired” Status
 Process status of any incoming Calibration Certificates/update CalMan
 Process any related OOT/NCEPs
 Instruments to be disposition by Owner and stored in segregated area
