We often use so and such to talk
about cause and effect.

such + adjective+ noun+ that + clause

We can also use so and such without a that
clause as an emphatic way of saying “very”
or “really”.

He speaks too loudly.

I didn't have ENOUGH time TO solve the problem. The problem was SO difficult THAT I couldn't solve it. It was SUCH A difficult problem THAT I couldn't solve it.
