  1. السلام عليكم و رحمته الله و بركاته و اهلا و سهلا بكم في قمة الافلييت العرب نشكر لكم حضوركم معنا و نتمنى ان تلقو ما اتيتم من اجله نفتتح القمة بمشيئة الله
  2. انا محمد خرطبيل, شريك مؤسس لقمة الافلييت العرب, مع الاستاذ محمود فتحي بدأت رحلتي في التسويق الالكتروني في عام 2005 و من باب لا يشكر الله من لا يشكر الناس فانني اريد ان اشكر معلمي و من ادخلني هذا المجال – السيد خالد جباصيني بدأ مشواري عند تأسيس شركة ايكو (و كان اسمها في ذللك الوقت - اي ماركتنج) و كنت اول موظف حينها تعلمت الكثير و صعدت درجات بفضل لله حتى كان اخر منصب امسكه هو تأسيس شبكة ايكو للتسويق بالعمولة و هذا كان مدخلي الى عالم الافلييت و من ثم تركت ايكو لانضم مرة اخرى الى السيد خالد جباصيني في مشروع جديد – ريواردكريز الجدير بالذكر فان السيد خالد جباصيني تمكن من بيع شركة ايكو على مرحلتين و حقق منها ملايين الدولارات ثم قام بتأسيس شركة ايميل سيتي التي لاتزال مملوكة له ايضا نجاح تلوى النجاح له ثم قمت بالانضمام الى شركة مختصة في مجال جدا متخصص و متقدم بالتسويق الالكتروني الا و هو Programmatic Advertising و الكثير من الافلييت المتقدمين و الذين يصنفون تحت Media Buyers يستخدمون هذه الطريقة لشراء الترافيك بعد خبرة 8 سنين قررت ان احذو حذو السيد خالد لاطلق اول مشروع لي قريبا
  3. اليوم الاول و الثاني من القمة يتضمن التالي
  4. بدأ الموضوع كله بهاتف بيني و بين محمود فتحي,بان نقدم شيء يستفيد منه الناس, و كنت قد حضرت عدة مؤتمرات مماثلة في الخارج, فرأيت ان هذه الفرصة قد تكون نقطة تحول ضرورية للكثير, و ما نحن الا ان نضع بصمة في هذه الدنيا قبل الرحيل تطورة الفكرة الى مشروع على ارض الواقع بعد الكثير من المطبات لم نكن نتوقعها, فتخيلنا ان الامر اسهل مما يبدو, لكن في الحقيقة اتضح عكس ذلك تماما فكنا نفكر اقامة القمة في شهر مايو و لم نعلن ذلك, ثم قمنا باعلان انعقاده في يونيو لكن لظروف و قدر لله و ما شاء فعل قمنا بتأجيله لشهر سبتمبر و ها نحن هنا اليوم بغض النظر عن الهجوم الذي تلقيناه, و كما علمني صديقي و شريكي محمود, من يبدأ اولا يتلقى كل السهام فان من الطرائف التي حدثت هي قيام جهة معينة باطلاق كورس بنفس يوم الذي كنا ننوي عمله في يونيو يتحدث عن الافلييت, كل التوفيق له لقد تعلمنا من هذه الرحلة كيفية ال Product Launch Formula و بنينا قاعدة بيانات للمهتمين في مجال الربح من الانترنت تفوق ال10,000 شخص
  5. بعد ان روينا قصتنا, اردت ان القي الضوء على حجم السوق الذي نحن فيه, و يمكنك ان تنظر للكأس النصف ممتلىء او النصف فارغ عالميا حجم السوق في البلايين من الدولارات مقارنة بالعالم العربي فهو لا يتجاوز ال$10 مليون و هنا تحديدا نتكلم عن التسويق بالعمولة فقط عدد المعلنين عالميا بالالافات مقارنة بعدد المعلنين في منطقتنا لا يتجاوز ال100 سواء مع الشبكات او من خلال برامج التسويق بالعمولة الخاصة او ما يسمى ب In house Programs عدد الافلييت في العالم بمئات الالاف و عددهم في منطقتنا تحت ال10 الاف عدد الشبكات في العالم بالمئات و عندنا اقل من 5 شبكات يمكننا ان ننظر للامر بايجابية من ناحية ان سوقنا في بداياته و في نمو و يعني ذلك الفرص الكثيرة للنمو معه و من جهة اخرى كبر حجم السوق العالمي قد يتيح فرص كثيرة للدخول فيه مع اخذ بعين الاعتبار التنافس الشديد هناك
  6. لو سمحتو, اطلب من الجميع الوقوف تمام الان اريد ممن ليست لديهم خبرة بتاتا في التسويق بالعمولة الجلوس أؤكد هنا اتحدث عن خبرة التسويق بالعمولة و ليست التسويق الالكتروني او التسويق الشبكي الذي ليس له علاقة بمجالنا بتاتا و الان اطلب ممن لديه خبرة سنة او اقل الجلوس و الان اطلب ممن لديه خبرة 3 سنين او اقل الجلوس و الان اطلب ممن لديه خبرة 5 سنين او اقل الجلوس و معنى ذلك تبقى لدينا من لديه خبرة 5 سنين او اكثر, يمكنكم الان الجلوس, انتم النخبة و اطلب منكم مشاركة خبراتكم مع الجميع هنا عندما يتسنى لكم ذلك
  7. عالم التسويق بالعمولة كبير, و توجد بها فرص كثيرة, يظن الكثير ان الفرص محصرة بكون الشخص افلييت فقط لكن المجال اوسع من ذلك, فيمكنك تأسيس شبكة او تكون معلن لمنتج خاص بك, او تقدم خدمات تخدم المجال او تطلق تكنلوجيا تساعد يوجد لدينا هنا بعض النماذج الحلوة سنتحدث عنهم في وقتها
  8. بما ان اكثر الحضور يندرج تحت فئة الافلييت, فمن المهم جدا ان تعرف تماما في هذه الفئة انت تندرج تحت اي صنف من الافلييت و تركز في مجال واحد و تنمي مهاراتك فيه سنتحدث في القمة عن اكثر من صنف ان شاء لله
  9. تعرفت على صاحب موقع فاوشركودس يو اي يي في الامارات و هو شخص طموح جدا, بدأ مشواره لوحده و الان يعمل معه عدة موظفيين و لديه مكتب في دبي يدير موقعه هو احد المبدعين في مجال الافلييت و كان اول من اطلق موقع كوبونات او فاوشرس في المنطقة يتم الربح من خلال العروض و الكوبونات المقدمة من خلال شبكات الافلييت احدى اسباب نجاحه رغم ان الارقام التي يجنيها ليست بالكثيرة هو انه قام بالتركيز على سوق الامارات فقط في اول المشوار فصار مرجع للكثير ممن يبحثون عن خصومات
  10. مبدع اخر, تكلمت معه عدة مرات, و يسكن في الكويت, هو أجنبي, قام باطلاق موقع يشمل عدة امور و منها CashBack و Coupons و Daily Deals زرت الموقع مؤخرا و حزنت لما عرفت ان الموقع توقف, بل اكثر من موقع لانه اطلقه بعدة دول أظن ان سبب عدم النجاح, رغم ان البزنز موديل جميل, هو عدم التركيز فقد فتح على عدة دول و قام بتوفير ثلاث أشياء في بعض و كونسبت الكاش باك لدى العرب ليس مهضوم كليا رغم حبهم للتوفير في كل الاحوال نموذج جميل, بغض النظر انه لم يكمل المشوار الى الاخر, مع انه قام بالتوفير على الناس الذي استخدمو موقعه ما يقارب ال$100 الف, و ربما قام بالربح هو من خلال العمولات ما يوازي نصف ذلك ربما
  11. موقع تابع لشركة عالمية, الا و هي ارامكس, كان الموقع اسمه شوب ان شيب اكسترا, و الان هو بصدد التغيير الى اي شوب ورلد, و هدف الموقع الاصلي هو زيادة المبيعات لشوب ان شيب, و لكن الذي عجبني بالموضوع هو انهم تمكنو من الربط بجميع و اهم شبكات الافلييت من خلال عرض المنتجات على موقعهم نموذج جميل و لنرى ان كان سينجح ام لا نتمنى لهم التوفيق
  12. ظهر على الساحة العربية الكثير من مواقع ال Comparison و لكن قلة منهم من يستغل التسويق بالعمولة للربح من خدماتهم لعدة اسباب ومنها عدم توفر المعلنين بالتسويق بالعمولة لكن رغم ذلك فان معظمهم يربحون من خلال الدفع بالنقرات او بالتعمال مع المعلن مباشرة على كل ليد موديل جميل جدا ايضا و لكن يحتاج الى جد و مثابرة لتحقيق النجاح, لان قد تكون المصاريف اكثر من المدخول في البداية في هذا المشروع, لذلك تمكن اكثر من موقع بجلب استثمار لاكمال المشوار
  13. رغم ان معظمنا يعلم هذه المعلومات, الا هنالك قلة ربما لا يعرفون, لذلك اردت التحدث بسرعة عن وجود اربع شبكات افلييت ايكو كانت الاولى و الرائدة في هذا المجال و هي شبكة مفتوحة لكن يوجد بروسس للقبول و قامو باطلاق نظام تراكينج جديد لهم عربي ادس و هي شبكة برايفت اد ان توب شركة برايفت ايضا و شبكة حسوب
  14. كما قلنا رغم ان السوق ليس كبير بعد, لكن هنلك من استثمر بعمل نظام تسويق بالعمولة سواء In-house او مع شبكة تسويق بالعمولة و منها هذه الشركات المدرجة هنا ان شاء لله, في السنة القادمة نرى ان هذه القائمة قد كبرت
  15. من يعلم متى كان بداية التسويق بالعمولة و من كان الشخص وراء ذلك انه شخص اسمه ويليام توبين مؤسس PC Flowers & Gifts و بدأ برنامج التسويق بالعمولة الخاص به في 1989 في شبكة اسمها Prodigy
  16. انا لست خبير بمواضيع النجاح و الفشل, لكن شخصيا عاصرت الامرين, و تعلمت الكثير في كلاهما اتحدث كثيرا مع اصدقائي عن قصص نجاح و غالبا ما يظنون ان الامر سهل, لكن كما تعلمون طريق النجاح مليء بالعقبات و الفشل شيء ممكن التعلم الكثير منه للوصول الى قمةالنجاح
  17. عالميا, ان انجح الناس بدأوا في وقت متأخر من حياتهم, فانتم و اكثركم في عمر الشباب لديكم الكثير من الوقت لكي تصبحو انتم من الناجحين كل في مجاله فمثلا اسس واتس اب جان كوم في عمره 35 و مارك مؤسس زنجا في ال41 و راي كروك اسس مكدونلدز في ال52 و هارلاند ساندرس اسس كي اف سي في ال65 كما يقال It’s Never Too Late
  18. الكثير من الناجحين يبدأوون يومهم باكرا, لنرى من الجمهور من يبدأ يومه من الساعة 5 6 7 8 بعد 9
  19. سبب الكثير من الناجحين يبدأوون يومهم في الصباح الباكر لصفو الذهن و لاكبر طاقة من النشاط و لبركة الوقت فمثلا المدير التنفيذي لابل يبدأ يومه في 4 و نصف صباحا اما الرئيس السابق لباي بال فيبدأ يومه الساعة 5 صباحا اما الرئيس التنفيذي السابق لشركة اي او ال فيبدأ يومه 5 ونصف
  20. هذه بعض التصورات التي اراها اتية و هي اكثرها عامة و لكن مستنتجة من عدة عوامل الاول ان سيكون هناك افلييت مودلس جدد يظهرون على الساحة العربية حجم الانفاق على الموبايل بازدياد و خاصة على Performance Advertising ستظهر عدة in-house Affiliate Program مثل بيت و غيرها ستظهر شبكة افلييت اخرى على الساحة البراند الكبار سيبدأوون بالتفكير بالاتسويق بالعمولة و اتباع استراتيجيات الشركة الام في امريكا و غيرها
  21. اخرا و ليس اخيرا, اتمنى من كل شخص ان يطلع من هذه القمة ولو بفكرة واحدة و يعمل على تطبيقها, لربما كانت سبب في تغيير مسار حياتك للافضل, ونتمنى التوفيق للجميع
