STAKER & RCLAIMER
Now a days stacker with fixed or movable booms (which
can be raised and lowered) are used for covered as well as
for outdoor blending beds. A drawback associated with
fixed boom stacker is that dust nuisancemay arise.
Reclaimer is a machine which removes material from stock
piles. The materials are dislodged from the pile by the
action of a raking down device which sweeps across the
cross-sectional face. Harrows are triangular structures
fitted renewable teeth and so inclined as to suit the angle
of repose of the stockpile material.

RAW MILL
After the stacking & reclaiming, the limestones
are feed to mill for grinding. The most
common equipment is Vertical Rollermill.
The term “Vertical mill”denotes equipment
with the followingbasic characteristics:
·A rotating, circular grindingtable that turns
around a vertical shaft.
·Spherical, cylindrical, tapered rollers (the
grinding elements) that are pressed into
(grooved) roller surface of the table.
In Chittorgarh cement plant they are using VRM as raw mill to grind raw material
like limestone, sweetener, red occur, Iaterite etc, it's a Pfeiffer VRM.

II.preheat and decompose raw meal.
The preheater system consists of cyclone, air
duct, discharge pipe, feeding chamber etc. raw
meals feed into the system from the inlet of the
C1-C2 air duct. With ascending gas flow, the raw
meal enters into the C1 cyclone through the air
duct in this cyclone raw meal are collected by
vortex, pass through the discharge pipe of C1,
and enter into the C2-C3 air duct.

ROTARY KILN
THe rotary kiln is designed for powdery, small sized or sludgy feed material. For this
purpose, a special rotary kiln burner is located in the rotary kiln outlet in kiln hood. Due to
slope and rotation of the kiln, the material feds in the kiln inlet which is conducted to the
kiln outlet

During this process raw meal material is converted to clinker.
This requires a selected mixture of raw materials, at very high
temperature, in a specialized kiln system.Fuel(coal, oil) is
fired to sinter the raw material
Calcium(C), silicon (S), aluminum (A) & Iron (F) in raw
materials react to form main clinker minerals.
PYROPROCESSING

CLINKERCOOLING SYSTEM
Air sent through the clinker to cool it is directed to the rotary kiln
where it nourishes fuel combustion.
The most common types of clinker coolers are reciprocating grate,
planetary, and rotary.

PACKINGPLANT
EnexcoRoto Packer is used as packing equipment at Nuvoco vistas corp. ltd., for filling and
simultaneous weighing of cement powder in inner valve type of bags of HDPE/paper.
Functional detail of Roto PackerThe roto packer is a rotating bag filling machine for packing
easy flowing powdery material like cement into valve bags with simultaneous weighs.
Procedure: -
1.First the bag holding cylinder clamps the bag on to the nozzle so that the bag doesn’t slip
off.
2.Then the system tares itself.
3.If tare weight set limits the slide gate opens and simultaneously the impellor motor starts
the coarse filling.
4.After the weight reaches the pr-determined value during coarse filling, the slide gate
partially closes, converting the coarse filling to fine filling.
5.Once the set weights are reached the impellor motor stops, the cement in the nozzle is
blown into the bag and simultaneously the slide gate closes
