I write, edit, and design user documentation and user interfaces. I've implemented documentation improvements that resulted in reducing file and word counts, and in enhancing reader experience. I've also implemented process improvements that resulted in reducing the time writers spend on routine activities. I have a defensive patent disclosure on auto-generating stub document files from user interfaces. I work with minimal supervision.
