 Is the level of the funcional or metabolit 
essiciency of a living organism.
Healthy eating 
 Healthy eating is not about strict dietary 
limitations, staying unrealistically thin, or 
depriving yourself of the foods you love. 
 The first is to have a healthy diet, the amounts of 
each of the nutrients are balanced with each 
other.
Do exercise 
 Exercise is essential to maintaining a good quality 
of life. Inactivity is a cause of debility and poor 
health. 
 We have to run 30 minutes per day to be in good 
physical shape.
Hygiene 
 Hygiene is a set of practices performed for the 
preservation of health. 
 Some regular hygienic practices may be 
considered good habits by a society while the 
neglect of hygiene can be considered disgusting, 
disrespectful or even threatening
Brushing teeth 
 A good cleaning of teeth and gums after every 
meal and a visit to the dentist every year is 
fundamental in achieving overall wellness.
Personal Development 
 A healthy lifestyle requires you to change your 
current lifestyle habits, your behaviors and your 
attitudes.That way you will fulfill the purpose for 
which you're aiming. You should avoid stress, work 
exhaustion, etc. Making and keeping friends.

 Personal Hygiene: Higiene personal 
 Sleep and rest: sueño y descanso 
 Nutrition and balanced diet: nutrición y
