 Implementing of Annual HSE plan.
 Conducting safety induction for the new recruits and educating the employees about the
Policies, Procedures and regulations about the company, country, site and clients premises.
 Responsible for developing Safe System of Work (SSOW) in consultation with the competent

 Preparation and presentation of Risk Assessments for the jobs, involving related Engineers /

 Delivering HSE presentation to senior management and prospective clients.
 Complying environmental plans and procedures (reduce, recycle, reuse),
 Regularly conducting Tool Box Talks involving site engineers, site supervisors for the works at
sites.
 Identifying gaps & taking appropriate corrective / preventive as required.
 Attending the meetings with clients to meet out their requirements of health and safety.
 Conducting In house training for the employees of the organization.
 Following hazardous waste segregation at site as per Waste management plan.
 Inspecting the power tools and equipments prior/ during job execution to their use.

 Resolves complaints and make recommendations to manager for right actions, as required.

 Incident investigation to find out the root causes and suggest cost effective control measures
and to prevent recurrence.
 Ensure third party inspected lifting equipment is in use.
