Sometimes this evolution is not good.

3   The “that’s our policy” business
4   The “we hate our business so we hate you”
                    business
5   The “we’ll get right back to you” business
6   The “we just don’t care” business
7   The “how can we make this transaction really,
           really complicated?” business

     The “fall apart at the seams

Of course none of these apply
     to our businesses...
Customers are evolving as well.
