Remit
Be the first point of contact for any Mobile Operator, MVNO or MVNE wishing to launch the BlackBerry product/service in their territory. To engage in
long lead time solution sales engagements with the Partner on multiple management levels and business disciplines in order to achieve total buy-in. In
addition, to the account management.
Seek, engage, negotiate legal documents and close deals with new target and strategic Mobile Operators, Globally, for BlackBerry launch on their
networks.
Support the regional MDs and Senior Directors at BlackBerry, in the generation of internal business cases, providing teams with coaching on commercial
and legal terms and processes.
Engage with the operator or channel from C level project sponsors and influencers and below to sell the Blackberry product. Own the commercial/sales
process including product positioning, value propositions, business and cost modelling, pricing, negotiating commercial terms and closing deals with the
customer.

Achievements
Invariably achieved agreed quarterly device/contract targets (approx. $10m/qtr) and launched the BlackBerry solution to over 80 Mobile Operators,
MVNOs and Channel in over 50 countries.
Over seven hundred thousand devices sold directly or through distributor channels. Average deal value around $3 million.
Through commercial competitive awareness, own product knowledge, client due diligence, accuracy, patience and contractual negotiations launched the
BlackBerry solution with and sold devices to the following; Groups Hutchison 3G, T-Mobile, Virgin Media, TeliaSonera, Airtel, Millicom (Tigo), MTN,
Tele2, Telenor, Vodafone, Verizon Partners Services, AMX and Truphone in EMEA, North America and LATAM regions.
Notable contracts secured includes; Cricket Communications USA with a contract value of over $66 million, MTN Group $33 million, Visafone Nigeria
$30 million, Virgin South Africa $10million and Virgin Mobile UK $11 million. In total, I brought in over $240 million in contractual value in addition to
managing a further pipeline of potential business. Re-negotiated and drafted service/supply contracts with various Carriers inc. Vodafone, MTN, Orange
Group and Etisalat. Accepted voluntary redundancy.

Real time analysis of quality, per minute voice cost, quality costs and setting margin improvements for all wholesale voice services
