Director of Operations
We are focused on managing and controlling all aspects of your operations to ensure an efficient and
industry leading service. We analyse and plan the annual budgets to make sure that we add value to the
business. You will receive continuous support and involvement from our team. We are responsible for:
weekly property walk with the hotel GM’s; quality circle which involves housekeeping and maintenance
activities and the smooth running of hotels day to day operation.
Group Revenue Manager
We will implement our best practices and latest travel distribution developments that will optimize the
revenue of your hotel. We will make sure the asset is being correctly revenue managed and capturing the
right mix of business through the right channels at the right price and at the right time.
Business Development Manager
We are the liaison officer between property owners and the management company. We will try various
means to acquire new accounts, target business opportunities including Companies , Banks and Trusts.
We are responsible for developing new businesses, locally, nationally and internationally which will add
value to your property.
7. Sales and Marketing
Our team is focused on increasing the sales and promoting your property extensively using various
means.
We will represent you for all Trade Shows, Tour Operator Exhibitors, Wedding Fayres and also
regular networking meetings.
You will be highly exposed on social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Linked-in,
Pinterest to ensure that you are well-connected with all your guests and friends and help you build
new relationships.
We will make sure that your offers and promotions are having a big impact and will utilize your
current marketing strategy to add value to our marketing plans.
We will maintain and develop your current database by building positive client relationship and
increase revenue.
We will negotiate your corporate accounts worldwide.
8. Group Income Auditor
We are responsible for monthly audit of all outlets and review of suppliers. This includes daily
audit of beverage stocks, weekly audit of ROTA and wage costs, monthly audit of housekeeping
and quarterly review of suppliers.
Executive Chef
We will visit the property regularly to train and improve the quality of the F&B offering and
trying new creative ideas. We will adapt our ideas to your business and create events such as
Wine Tasting, Live Music , Food Wine Pairings, Meet the Chef, Get To Know Your Regulars and
Menu Engineering by correctly sourcing the local produce that will help your business grow and
retains guests. .
