1. General Objective
• To enhance theoretical and hands on skills of
fundraising and proposals development for
Actionaid and project partner staff to cultivate
the culture of continuous funds raising that
leads to sustainability and scale-up of project
interventions or other women’s rights-related
project/ programmes.

2. Specific Objectives:
• AAR and partners staff improve their
knowledge and skills on project concept notes
development leading to on-going funds raising
for project impact sustainability and scale-up
• Put in practice skills acquired in past
fundraising workshops through developing at
least 5 project concept notes from the existing
pressing issues identified in project locations

3. Expected outputs
• Output1: At least 28 AAR and partners
employees have improved knowledge and
practical skills for fundraising and project
proposals writing for organizational financial
sustainability.
• Output 2: At least ten project concept notes
drafts have been developed from existing
pressing issues as identified in Actionaid work
areas.
