Started my career at Quintiles as a Central Support Associate in the Global Business Operation (GBO)
team at Bangalore.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Role: Central Support Associate
Duration: For 6 months
Responsibilities:
 Have been working on various budgeting exercises, preparing bespoke budget, for the GBO
Proposals and Contracts for a period of 6 months.
 Have developed various skillset during this period which includes team management,
communication skills, time management, customer orientated project delivery, technical skills with
hands on experience in MS excel based budgeting tools and platforms.
 Have undergone various technical as well as soft skill trainings which provided me with deeper
insight of the CRO industry.
