need to be completed on a regular basis.
Some of the common tasks that need to be done on a regular basis include:
 Handling any errors or warning from the logs which we will monitor using
Check_MK/Logwatch
 Monitoring the load level, disk IO and other metrics on the server to check performance and
stability
 Database performance improvements
 Rebuilding and optimizing indexes
 Analysing tables for the query optimizer
 Tweaks to the query cache
 Checking database integrity
 Database backups and occasionally verifying them with a restore onto a test server
 Performance tuning
If required we can also archive and purge obsolete data from the database, but this would mean it
would no longer be available in vtiger CRM for users to access.
