Background of Project: What is a Skills Panel?
Skills panels create a business-driven forum to solve
workforce problems in a particular industry by
encouraging companies, who might otherwise be in
competition, to collaborate on identifying the critical
skills needed by their employees.

1. Retain a Futurist
2. Research future work and entrepreneur trends
3. Invite the panelists- mix of entrepreneurs, HR
