When we think about TEACHING
ENGLISH, we normally will think
about TEACHERS and what they
do….
In fact, most IMPORTANTLY, we
should think of the PUPILS :
Initially, before start planning and teaching students, we should think of pupils:
Who are they?
Where do they come from?
What do they know?
What are their experiences?
What motivates them?
How do they feel about English?
How do they learn?
Thus, understanding the differences amongst the pupils, as well as knowledge and
understanding of how people learn a second language and what processes are
Necessary!!!
