In short, our management formula means “successful checks - in for an extended stay.” Our marketing / advertising In addition to each property individual sales & marketing efforts, we maintain a corporate marketing department that coordinates regional and national marketing opportunities that benefit each hotel individually and collectively. Our in-house digital marketing agency produces and places the properties advertising and printed collateral, ensuring continuity among the different media and increasing purchasing power for Media buys. Management Contracts: Fees are divided into three fundamental areas: • The Base Management Fee is intended to cover our costs for providing basic services. This is usually a percentage of total revenues and the percentage is around 2%. There is also an initial implementation fee to set up the systems for your hotel. Incentive Management Fee: • The Incentive Management Fee ties our profitability to the results of our efforts. Once your financial goals for the hotel are understood and achievable results are agreed upon, we agree upon a fee which relates to these goals. The fee is usually related to gross operating profit and is a percentage from GOP.
