companies and EHQ cost management company as per US GAAP using SAP and Hyperion

• Supervising the operational finance function of the business, including up to 2 junior
members of the finance team.
• Preparing detailed management accounts on monthly basis, down to product profitability
along with commentary and explaining cost drivers; reporting on a monthly basis to PE
investors and CEO/CFO.
• Assisted Financial Controller in the successful implementation of SAP Business One ERP
system and GXS (EDI Invoicing System) on time and on budget. SAP superseded 2 previous
systems (Sage & Charisma).

file in line with auditors’ requirements, and worked with auditors to provide backup and

£250,000 of errors on a current balance of £5.25 million.
• Got trained by Group Financial Controller to understand and prepare 3rd Party Revenue,
NPD Journals and KPI Collation Reports.
5. • I assisted Finance manager in creating new group sales commissions’ sheet, which
calculates individual’s commission on monthly and accumulated basis and will also flag
over and under payment of commission to sales agents.
• I created the spreadsheet showing the correct way of releasing revenue and cost per
period for new business. This report was highly praised by finance manager and group
financial controller.
