Qualifications: Managing & Maintaining Grants, Accounts Payable/ Receivable,
Switchboard, Data Entry, and I am certified in all Microsoft applications (including, but
not limited to Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point).SPSS, Data Analysis Tool pack

Assistant III-Health & Human Performance
Job Responsibilities: Budget for Health & Human Performance, travel claims, payroll
for faculty & staff. Accounts Payables & Receivables for department, disbursements,
transfer vouchers, fiscal year end closing, Inventory, procurement card reconciliation,
processing of all invoices, as well as adding vendors in IRIS, working with vendors to
establish direct billing, all payments of fees for classes, and other events on and off
campus. Planning and hosting events both on and off campus. Working with local
community partners regarding contracts and donations. Scheduling appointments for
both the department head, as well as advisement. (UTC Programs-SAP / IRIS, UTC

July 2005-Present: Catoosa County Public Schools / Graduation Coach
Job Responsibilities: Job duties included organization of the county mentor program for
Lakeview Fort Oglethorpe high school, the school local business partnership program,
truancy, drop-out prevention, tutoring, incentive programs, help students receive benefits
who are homeless and un-accompanied youth, work with students regarding post-
secondary education options, career planning and development, partnership with
Parents as Teachers program. I also head up fundraising events for Catoosa Leadership,
and work with PR opportunities. AS400 for payables and receivables under the 5013C
non-profit budget. During my time as graduation coach in Catoosa County schools I also
took on extra duties as female track coach under the direction of Coach Larry Flemming,
and Coach Bo Campbell.
November 2004-July 2005: UnumProvident / Assistant to the VP of the Benefit Center
Job Responsibilities: Training for all new hires in Long Term Disability on Lotus Notes,
Outlook, Intranet applications, along with the internal customer service system.
Scheduling of all meetings, along with planning of corporate travel. Monthly budget
reports, all AR/ AP for the benefit center, and IT systems contact for the LTD
department.
August 2004-November 2004: Cigna / Customer Service-Call CenterJob
Responsibilities: Customer Service at the Hamilton Village call center for HMO
medical. Handled all incoming calls from both providers, along with members.
Responsible for meeting all HIPPA regulations, along with federal mandates.
May 2002-August 2004: Metro Drywall Construction/ Co-Owner
Job Responsibilities: Payroll, taxes, payables, insurance for all 1099 employees, and all
other general office duties.
December 1996-July 2002: Verizon Wireless/ Assistant Sales Operations
Job Responsibilities: During the time I was with Verizon I worked in all areas of
Operations. I started as cashier, then went to customer service, retail sales, service
department, inventory, and ended up in sales operations. I was responsible for twelve
assistants, maintained monthly inventory, and trained all new hires. I also worked with
local IT support, and planned and organized all PR events.
