This document summarizes the key activities and learnings from a software development course project using Agile methodologies. The project involved building an application for UAEU students to ask and answer questions. Key activities included:
1. Creating user personas and a business model canvas to understand users and test business hypotheses.
2. Developing a minimum viable product (MVP) with login and homepage features for usability testing.
3. Using Scrum ceremonies like sprint planning, daily standups, and demos to manage work in iterations and collaborate with stakeholders.
4. Learning Agile values of prioritizing working software, customer collaboration, and responding to change over strict plans and documentation.
