o Pre-Construction Consulting:
 Reviewed all engineering drawings and advise subtrades and consultants on
any discrepancies.
 Prepared tool and equipment inventory lists, which were monitored
throughout life of project.
 Prepared and Monitored Construction schedule via Microsoft project and
other software programs.
 Organized workforce for man power and other labour requirements.
 Advised owners, government and consultants on site conditions, quality of
constructions and any other information that presented itself during the
course of the project.
 Attended and hosted site and consultants meetings to ensure that project
progressed without any outstanding issues.
o On Site Material Control:
 Reviewed all warehouse and storage conditions to ensure security of
material.
 Procured and received all incoming materials from various countries.
 Inspected received items to ensure that the quality was not compromised
during shipping.
 Coordinated with each site to ensure that material was delivered prior to
required date of construction.
 Prepared necessary documents to ensure that waste material was delivered
and disposed of in a LEED certified manner.
 Controlled the flow of inventory from the warehouse to site to prevent any
discrepancies or delays.
o On Site Technical Direction:
 Organized layouts as per construction drawings.
 Instructed and trained employees on the proper use of tools, equipment and
construction materials.
 Prepared conditions for construction as per detailed construction drawings.
 Created and monitored Change Orders, RFQs, RFIs and any other relevant
documentation as it pertained to each project.
 Attended weekly production and quality control meetings.
 Prepared weekly and monthly construction reports to be submitted to head
