This document outlines the team and development process for Team 2014. It discusses principles of positive attitude, disagreeing and committing, and compassionate communication. The development process is driven by Pivotal with 2 week sprints where 2 story points equals 1 day of work. Tasks include standups, sprint planning, estimation discussions, design reviews, coding, testing, and minimizing work-in-progress.
