2. There is as much need to promote philanthropy and corporate
social responsibility, as preserving art and heritage, perhaps even
greater. In a belief that no institution or any large scale programme
is complete with social responsibilities, this zone is provided as a
platform to fulfil and contribute to our social responsibilities.
A zone for a number of philanthropic and charitable activities, it
would be carrying activities devoted for the unprivileged, disabled,
female literacy, environment etc . A 'Girls School' for free education
for girls and disabled, free art scholarships etc are some of the
flagship activities being planned.

L Art district is based on a unique concept, a first of its kind in the world of a Global city aimed at
synchronising various forms of Arts, history and culture under one institution cutting across regional
borders and providing a dedicated support infrastructure to it and preserve and promote heritage. To be

performingandliterary,differentcultures,theirevolutionandinterconnectionswithhistory.LArtaimsto

preserve and promote heritage, culture and Art in the world. This art district would have the requisite

of services for hospitality and leisure. It will also feature residential zones with luxurious houses and villas

The aims to be a global art and culture centre through holding art and cultural events of various counties
across the globe, reflecting the global diversity enabling cross-connecting of various cultures and
inseminate them under one roof. For the same, various events of art, culture and fashion including

The district, is planned to comprise of a number of dedicated themed zones providing various facilities to

4. This zone is to include biggest garden, forest, flower valley and
signature golf courses. A golf village, Golf club and resort, golf
cart for visitors, golf view apartments etc along with bar,
restaurant and other related sports facilities at the golf course.
A garden zone to enjoy nature and greenery with various gardens
including bespoke gardens and facilities for Golf are to be
developed such as Flower gardens, landscape parks, light and
sound musical fountain, herbal garden, aroma and six sense
garden, walkways and waterbodies, forest area etc.

6. Sports Zone is planned to include fields and courts for various
games like Cricket, Football, Hockey, Tennis, Basketball, Polo etc.

This is aimed to provide a complete art infrastructure and ancillary
facilities under one roof to promote art. It would include art
galleries, exhibition centres, auction hall, museums, art bank,
Library, book shops etc. A hub of various stakeholders of art is also
planned which includes Artists' studio, artists club, curator's hub
and collectors' corner. Further, art academies, schools, colleges and
other art institutions are planned to promote art education along
with artists' residencies for artists to sustain and support art
activities. The art zone is planned to bring under one roof, all art
related activities of various art forms across the world. This is to
promote, preserve and integrate global art forms with a dedicated
zone catering to all the requisite facilities with events held all round
the year. This will also provide all support and ancillary art services
including Appraisals and Evaluation centre, art registration,
authenticity, logistics, warehousing, financing, insurance,
restorations etc.

latest advancements and trends in design and architecture. This
would entail other complimentary infrastructure planned in the Art
Zone for its promotion and planned to include all major forms of
traditions, trends encompassing all major zones, regions and
countries of the globe. Institutions play an important role in this
field and thus, a number of commercial, educational and other
support infrastructure would be provided to facilitate institutional
involvement.

This zone features a number of dedicated thematic museums of
certain collectibles, showcasing collections of some of the exclusive
and rare collectibles, some of them being vintage and classic car
museum, Film memorabilia museum, vintage publication museum,
vintage jewellery museum, antiques museum, vintage advertising
and comic museum etc. It would also feature zones for holding
classic and vintage motor rallies and shows.
India has always been known for its ancient and creative handicrafts.
To give it a boost, a handicraft and handloom museum is also
planned along with an ancient crafts museum. Other museums
include a puzzle museum, religious museum and a heritage
museum.

promoting, integrating, celebrating and preserving various cultures
under a dedicated zone where traditions, festivals and cultural
activities from across the globe could thrive together, enabling
global diversity to be celebrated together. A separate area for
performances and music festivals s to be created to hold
performances from all sectors and regions.

A hospitality sub zone is structured to provide various hospitality
services featuring Five and Seven star hotels, resorts, fine dining
