18, 1995

provider fails to understand customer’s expectation from
their service. In a bank like AIBL, it is very important to
conduct marketing research.

 To arrange training along with AD branch and Non‐AD
Branch .
 Need to think about customer’s satisfaction.
 Need more Spaces to keep the files gradually.
