Let's build that which doesn't, but should, exist! When I joined the Marine Corps, I was assigned to a new, transformational aircraft: the MV-22 Osprey. It was unproven in combat, and unfamiliar to the uninitiated. We spent 18 months learning the aircraft, took it to combat (Iraq) and returned having proved its worth. I spent the rest of my time in the Marine Corps on entrepreneurial teams building new MV-22 Osprey units where none existed prior. After working with thousands of Marines, of all ages and experience levels, in a myriad of dynamic team structures, I'm comfortable building and leading mission oriented teams to accomplish both emergent and pre-planned tasks.
