The project is located on an area of
1600 square meters for a large family, and it is a restoration project. The
challenge lies in harmonizing the different aspirations of individuals on the one hand, and on the other hand, it
is restricted to the structural structure, facade design, and modification of the building to achieve a warm family
place, and a modern design that takes into account the needs of all individuals with different aspirations, taking
into account the budget specified by the owner
Participated in many stages of the project from design to show and participation with experts in the field of
landscape, calculating quantities, supervising the site, participating in meetings with the client, and coordinating
with the interior design team

The project is located in Abu Dhabi and
has been modeled to reduce waste, save
time, and overcome conflicts between
electricity, mechanics, and plumbing.
On the other hand, the 3D images provided with

which reduced the percentage of errors at work
Project modeling helped reveal problems in the
architectural and construction plans and con-
tributed to saving approximately 50 thousand
dirhams in total and understanding all aspects
of the project.

RYADH 11/2022
The customer’s main request is to ensure the
internal and external architectural elements,
to ensure the distribution of furniture, and to
try different materials in the design. The mod-
els used in the rendering are very close to the
products chosen by the customer so the shots
are 90% identical to reality, in addition to the
shop drawings with measurements and furni-
ture.
Therenderingsanddrawingshavebeenrestored
several times at the request of the customer.
Amending the previous interface design and
providing the necessary diagrams and per-
spectives. Work has been done to calculate
quantities for interior and exterior design and
provide tables for each item.

16. A project was submitted to a real estate developer, and it is a restoration project for a villa
to re-design the facades and landscape. The most important factor in the project is time, so
all the elements that were used in the design are available and do not require prior prepa-
ration and not require installation time at an acceptable cost that is commercially viable.
The landscape was designed to add vitality to the place and add outdoor activities to the house,
a swimming pool, a seating area, a fountain, a barbecue area, a dining area, and green spaces.

A environmental observatory:
Located in Marsad, Arabian Oryx Reserve
Design concept: The building simulates the rocky bridges spread across Wadi Rum
It embodies the shape and materials and reshapes the rocky caverns inhabited by birds. The windows are closed
by reflective glass from the outside and transparent from inside the building so that tourists and researchers can
observe the birds from a unique perspective .
Also Putting an artificial water source below a small lake Animals drink from it.
The user lives the experience of seeing the innate life without affecting it while he is hiding, and sound-insu-
lating materials were used, and there is no way for physical contact.
In short, The experience is to see but not being seen.

Design concept: a ground-based building that simulates rocks and fissures, takes into account privacy and adap-
tation to the surrounded, and shading and air movement.
Attention has been given to ventilation by adding upper blades that increase the amount of incoming air, as
shown in the drawing. It also filters the air from dust and also works as a shade.
The openings in the facade enter lighting from small openings that make you excited and make the space re-
newed with every sun movement

25. The concept: a constructor that begins
with humans and complements nature.
The units will form a barrier to the
moving sand, So the dunes grow on
the building, becoming one part and
working on excellent heat insulation,
as it maintains the temperature from 22
to 27 Celsius day and night and main-
ly contributes to saving electricity and
works as an excellent sound insulation
that contributes to reducing the noise
produced by humans.

26. The unit can be combined with other units to form a space for restaurants or administration
buildings and others.
The unit’s structural frame is made of steel and precast Concrete cubes, allowing it to be easily
disassembled and installed from one place to another by 4 people. The unit is similar to the use
of a tent according to contemporary needs (less transportation, more comfortable).

Strip Mall
The project was designed in the Salma-
ni style. The project is located on an area of
10,000 square meters and consists of sever-
al restaurants, a drive-through, and a super-
market. The most important challenge was
achieving a high rate of greening, in addition
to obtaining approval from the Royal Com-
mission for the Development of Riyadh with
a large number of modifications based on
the feedback provided by the government.

31. Strip Mall
The design of the landscape was made of local tree species, taking into ac-
count that trees provide water and do not need maintenance, and there are
pedestrian and bicycle paths as well.
The design took the principles of Salmaniya architecture mainly in planning
and designing facades, giving priority to pedestrians over cars, following the
urban pattern, and other principles of Salmaniya architecture
The use of natural local materials that reflect the colors of the environment
and promote human contact with nature and the use of sunscreens to achieve
a comfortable atmosphere and reduce environmental impact has been taken
into consideration. The corridors, mashrabiyas, and small hills were used as
seating areas to present a diverse architecture that was more beautiful and
humane

32. The main problem with the eastern façade is that it over-
looks the cemetery, especially since it is the master bed-
room. While the southern
façade has an excellent view of the house garden The de-
signed window eliminates the view towards the cemetery
and turns to the view
towards the garden. The window is facing south and a
good amount of sunlight enters the room. The protruding
part of the window from
the top acts as a sunblock in the summer.
It also creates a comfortable and distinctive space in the
interior that is secluded and inviting for meditation.
