My work in multicultural manufacturing environment of FMCG (Nestle), Pharmaceutical (Novartis), Chemical & Functional Ingredients( IFF – PURATOS- ICI) give me a unique ground that enables me to fully understand the day-to-day activities of each department as I started out a laboratory analyst, moved into a role of production supervisor then a production & planning manager and finally as technical operations manager and senior quality assurance manager. My “hands-on” experiences facilitate to me aligning activities, plan contingencies, judge probabilities and continuously improve practices.
