Responsibilities:
 Follow up the operations on 15 LSTK rigs working
on Drilling and Re-entry wells.
 Monitor and Develop the drilling Engineers thru a
wellsite operational/ engineering training
programs.
 Monitor and coaching the Senior & team lead
engineers.
 Review all Risk assessment for any new wells.
