Key Responsibilities:
Lead, manage & monitor accounting team and ensure compliance of their work with the company
systems, policies, procedures & forms.
Manage the daily transactions of accounts which include preparing accounting vouchers - receipts,
payments, journal vouchers etc.
Supervise & update the cash position of the company and manage the transactions of cash & banks
(withdrawals, deposits etc.)
Follow-up with clients about collection & receipts.
Maintain account registers in computer as per company policy and systems, to manage the entries and
do the posting accurately.
Manage the payroll & staff accounts on daily basis to follow-up the daily changes of labor cost -
salaries, O.T., vacation, air ticket, indemnity etc.
Use the records of inventory & fixed assets and update the accounts of it as per the issues & receipts of
the inventory & the changes in the fixed assets & its depreciation.
Handle adjustments and reconciliations of entire accounts - banks, suppliers, inter-company accounts
etc. without delay to issue, updated & correct reports every end of the month. i.e., in every period
revenue and costs must be specific and also to cut off the period (month or year) revenue & cost.
Record all accruals & prepayments of the periods to show every period with its revenue & cost
accurately.
Supervise stocktaking of fixed assets & inventory and also cash counting as per the policy & keep the
register & issue the reports of stocktaking.
Prepares budget forms for distribution at the beginning of the budget process.
Develop relationship with the banks and addressing the banking requirements on a periodical basis.
Control, monitor and use the legality of the documents and the law of the country / location.
Coordinate with the other department of the company & see the daily operations in details to
maintain the finance department records & reports.
