I like challenging work. Most of the time I tend to problems on a design which helps me decide the best action to take at situations. I have no problem helping others especially when I'm done with my duties and I'm open to criticisms because I want to better at what I do. I will always try to find easier solutions to problems and have no problem in learning, applying and sharing my knowledge to my coworkers.
