personality, a mind for strategic communications and a deep understanding of what makes the web go round.
What is an IP You Ask?
An Interactive Producer is responsible for managing online marketing for the agency’s clients. The ideal candidate would have
experience discovering a businesses needs and translating that into an interactive marketing strategy. Additionally, the candidate
must have experience with communicating through key social media platforms, strong writing capabilities, experience with email
marketing tactics and strategies, an understanding of search engine optimization (both on-site and off-site) and the proven ability
to grow, engage and convert a highly targeted audience. An IP interfaces with various departments of the agency so they must be
a team player but also a self-starter. Solid multitasking abilities and time management skills to meet deadlines are a must.

Responsibilities:
Manage multiple accounts and work across multiple key members internally to produce campaigns
Conduct discovery and competitive research for clients to formulate a SWOT analysis
Provide analysis and develop a strategic plan based on client’s customer profiles
Continually develop and iterate client’s strategic communication plans based on analytics insights
Understand content marketing and how that translates to the client’s communication plan
Have a strong writing background and understanding SEO implications of online content generation
Develop and deploy on-going email marketing and successful customer relationship marketing (CRM) programs
Have an understanding of what it takes to build a targeted online community for the client
Deploy, monitor and manage paid media (SEM/Social PPC) campaigns
Utilize proprietary tools to monitor clients online presence
Analyze, prepare and communicate learnings to clients various analytic sources
Meet face to face with clients on a regular basis
Key Design and Web Technology Knowledge:
Adobe Creative Suite
HTML and web technologies
Experience in major blogging platforms and how to work within the environment
Social technologies and management platforms (ie. Hootsuite, etc.)
Email marketing management platforms (ie. Mailchimp, Campaign Monitor, etc.)
Public Relations monitoring and management platforms (ie. Cision, PR Web, etc.)
Search Engine Optimization tools (ie. Raven SEO Tools, Scribe SEO, etc.)
Google Analytics and various other web analytics
Qualifications:
Digital (online) marketing experience with proven demonstrable results and specific example work/case studies
Minimum bachelor’s degree in communications (ie. Public Relations, Marketing, Advertising, Journalism, etc.)
