Technical/Non­Technical Events:
NEXUS was one of the well­recognized events organized by ASENT. NEXUS comprised of 3 technical and
4 non­technical events as follows:
● Technovanza­ Paper Presentation competition.
● ProCon­ Microprocessor & Microcontroller Programming
● Zenith­ Personality Development
● #inClude­ C/C++ Programming.
● Q­Elite­ Quiz Competition.
● Bluebook­ Reveal Hidden Truth.
● Players­ LAN Gaming.
Huge response was received from all over Maharashtra State including Solapur, Osmanabad, Ahmednagar,
Satara, Sangli and Kolhapur districts.

2014­15 for ASENT: A Glance ­
● ASENT has started a departmental newspaper since 1​st​
September 2014.
● On 4​th
September 2014, a campus based Quantitative Aptitude Test was conducted. Total 36
candidates participated in this event.
● ASENT celebrated “Teachers’ Day” on 5​th​
September 2014.
● On 5​th
September 2014, GATE practice test was organized by ASENT for all T.E. and B.E. E&TC
students.
● On 9​th
Sep 2014, A Campus Based event is conducted under ASENT in three rounds: Test, Group
Discussion and Personal Interview. Total 36 candidates participated in this event.
● Departmental Library is started in E&TC Department with the support of staff and students. ASENT
is taking care of all the stuff related with departmental library.
● On 12​th
Feb 2015, A Logical and General Knowledge Based Campus test was conducted. Total 28
candidates participated in this event.
● On 14​th
Mar 2015, ORIGIN­2k15 ­ an Inter­college Personality Development Event was organized
by ASENT. Total 41 candidates participated from different colleges.
