it's an review article based on the clinical symptoms that arise after the alcohol withdrawal that can get worse in just 2 days after the withdraw of alcohol this review includes the pathophysiology and management of AWS. Management includes both the allopathic and ayurvedic Management and thus keeping in mind that the disorder can go to chronic in just 2 days treatment should be started from day 1st and giving ayurvedic formulations can be a better choice over allopathic because these can be administered for a very long time compared to allopathic and also works on the root cause of disorder clear out toxicity and person starts to recover soon. Only limitation is can not be given in chronic state.

A big part of cleaning up our lives requires us to change up bad habits, which can be a lot easier said than done. Last week on TCLP, I talked about how all our habits and everything that is “automatic” to us is governed by the subconscious. That’s why it’s important for us to learn how to work with our own subconscious minds and get them on board with the healthy changes we want to make in our lives. Today I’m going to be covering some effective methods to work with our subconscious minds to create cleaner habits that become so automatic we don’t even have to think about them. 🩷

Pharyngitis, a common inflammatory condition of the throat, presents a significant burden on healthcare systems globally. This comprehensive review explores the multifaceted aspects of pharyngitis, encompassing its etiology, clinical manifestations, diagnostic approaches, and therapeutic interventions. Pharyngitis, often referred to as sore throat, can stem from various infectious and non-infectious causes, including viral and bacterial pathogens, environmental irritants, and underlying medical conditions. Clinical presentation typically involves symptoms such as throat pain, difficulty swallowing, fever, and swollen lymph nodes. Differential diagnosis is crucial to distinguish between viral and bacterial etiologies, with streptococcal pharyngitis being a common bacterial cause requiring specific treatment. Diagnostic modalities include clinical evaluation, throat swabs for culture or rapid antigen testing, and, in some cases, imaging studies. Treatment strategies range from supportive measures, such as rest and hydration, to antimicrobial therapy for bacterial infections. Additionally, symptomatic relief can be achieved through analgesics, antipyretics, and throat lozenges. Prevention of pharyngitis involves practicing good hygiene, avoiding exposure to respiratory pathogens, and vaccination against specific bacterial pathogens. This review provides valuable insights into the epidemiology, pathophysiology, and management of pharyngitis, aiming to optimize patient care and outcomes. Keywords: Pharyngitis, sore throat, streptococcal pharyngitis, diagnosis, treatment, antimicrobial therapy, viral infections, bacterial infections

Dr NAVEEN GOKUL R, BDS This document explores the innovative integration of Computer-Aided Design and Computer-Aided Manufacturing (CAD/CAM) technology in the field of prosthodontics, particularly in the fabrication of dentures. It discusses the evolution of traditional denture-making techniques and the benefits offered by CAD/CAM systems in terms of precision, customization, efficiency, and patient satisfaction. Additionally, it highlights the impact of CAD/CAM dentures on clinical workflows, prosthetic design, material selection, and patient outcomes. Through a comprehensive review of current research and clinical applications, this document aims to provide insights into the transformative role of CAD/CAM technology in modern prosthodontics. Introduction: The field of prosthodontics has witnessed remarkable technological advancements in recent years, with CAD/CAM systems revolutionizing the way dentures are designed and manufactured. Traditional methods of denture fabrication often involved multiple manual steps, leading to inconsistencies in fit, aesthetics, and functionality. CAD/CAM technology has overcome these limitations by enabling digital workflows that streamline the entire process, from initial impression-taking to final prosthesis delivery. This document explores the evolution of CAD/CAM dentures, their advantages over conventional techniques, and their implications for both clinicians and patients. Evolution of CAD/CAM Dentures: Historically, the fabrication of dentures relied heavily on manual techniques, such as hand waxing, flasking, and processing. While these methods served their purpose, they were labor-intensive, time-consuming, and prone to errors. The introduction of CAD/CAM technology revolutionized the field by introducing digital workflows that optimize every stage of the denture-making process. Initially used for crown and bridge restorations, CAD/CAM systems were later adapted for removable prosthodontics, including complete and partial dentures. Today, CAD/CAM dentures represent the pinnacle of precision and customization in prosthodontic care. Benefits of CAD/CAM Dentures: CAD/CAM dentures offer numerous advantages over traditional fabrication techniques. One of the primary benefits is enhanced precision, as digital impressions and virtual design tools enable clinicians to achieve optimal fit and aesthetics. Moreover, CAD/CAM systems facilitate greater customization, allowing for individualized tooth morphology, occlusal schemes, and gingival contours. This level of personalization enhances patient comfort and satisfaction while minimizing the need for adjustments post-insertion. Additionally, CAD/CAM technology enables efficient chairside or laboratory-based production, reducing turnaround times and enhancing productivity for dental practices. Clinical Applications and Workflow Integration: The integration of CAD/CAM technology into clinical practice

Our backs are like superheroes, holding us up and helping us move around. But sometimes, even superheroes can get hurt. That’s where slip discs come in. They’re like when the inside of a special part of our back pushes out a little. This can make our backs feel sore and uncomfortable. When our backs have a slipped disc, there are signs we can watch out for. First, there’s pain in one spot, like the lower back or neck. It can feel sharp and spread to other places. Then, our arms or legs might feel tingly or numb, like when they fall asleep. We might even have trouble moving some muscles or notice changes in how fast we react.

14.
Do you nostalgically
look back to the good old times?
15.
Do you feel
pestered?
16.
Or lonely and
forsaken?
17.
Sometimes it really
feels like howling!
18.
O.k. Now! Cheer
up!
19.
Everybody needs a
shoulder sometimes!
20.
Sit back, take
a deep breath – and relax!
21.
A helping hand
quite often is very near!
22.
Remember the affection
of those who love you!
23.
If everything fails,
eat a cookie – but only one, not the entire box, otherwise you‘ll feel even worse afterwards!
24.

if they laugh at you!
25.
But most importantly:
Laugh!
26.
Well, don‘t you
feel better already?!
