art printing business Imagekind
In 2012, acquired photo-to-canvas company Canvas on
Demond
In Jun 2011, CafePress filed with the SEC to raise up to
$80million in an IPO
On Mar 29, 2012, CafePress debuted at $19/share on
the NASDAQ under Ticker Symbol PRSS. The stock hit
a intra-day high of $22.69/share
