Fransisco holds BSc in Building Services engineering with over 13 years’ experience in Design, MEP Project
Engineering and Management with a focus on the integrated solutions for Building services industry.
His wealth of experience in building services consulting engineering and Mechanical and Electrical Contracting
covers all aspects of project and design management, planning, supervision, commissioning and testing.
He has particularly been involved with a series of prestigious public sector, aviation, commercial, residential
and mixed use schemes in the UK with Major M&E Contractor and building services engineering consultant
working on variety of projects in healthcare, industrial buildings, data centres, commercial offices, educational
buildings, residential, hotels and Airports.
