DESCRIPTION
SURFACE PRO® is a natural polymer based liquid, which is applied with an airless
paint spray machine that dries to form a flexible and peel-able temporary protection
film for use on different types of porous and non-porous substrates such as painted
walls, concrete surfaces and bricks. This product is mainly used by companies
protecting their valuable bathroom shower trays, tubs, tiled floors, walls and
worktops from the damage usually caused during the construction process.
SURFACE PRO® is fit for use inside and does not contain solvents. SURFACE PRO® is
easily removed as a plastic film within 6 months after application and does not leave
any residue.
APPLICATION
PREPARATION: WHEN APPLYING TO POROUS SUBSTRATES SUCH AS STONE
ALWAYS USE STONESHIELD® TO IMPREGINATE THE SUBSTRATE FIRST BEFORE
APPLYING SURFACE PRO®. THIS WILL STOP THE SOAKING IN OF SURFACE PRO®
» Minimum application temperature during application and during drying: + 5°C.
» Perform a test to verify peel-ability and the absence of any negative effect to the
surfaces to be protected.
» Remove loose parts, dust and standing water.
» Mix well before use. Do not dilute with water or solvents.
» Apply SURFACE PRO® with an airless paint spray device
» Minimum consumption: 0,5 kg/m2.
» Protect surrounding surfaces from overspray during application.
» Avoid contact of SURFACE PRO® with water or other products in the drying phase.
» Cleaning of tools after application: use AW1-Cleaner which is an alkaline cleaning
agent, and rinse thoroughly with water afterwards.

STORAGE
5 – 20 °C; store out of direct sunlight; Conservation: 6 months from date of production
in unopened and original packaging. ALWAYS USE STONESHIELD® on porous
substrates and 3-7 day patch test ANY substrate you wish to protect.
