  16. «  As a shareholder, I am concerned about your ROI.«  
  17. «  As a shareholder, I am concerned about your business practices.«  
  18. «  As a lawmaker, I am concerned about your role in society .» 
  19. «  As a lawmaker, I am concerned about your financial viability .» 
  20. So how do I protect my banking brand during the recession ?
  21. Find out what customers value.  
  22. Provide great service.  
  23. Admit your mistakes.
  24. Be authentic.
  25. And keep your promises. Period.
