the site, in this case, search engines can read them.

those images and videos, this description appears to
describe to him what that image or video is. It is also
possible to add some keywords that we use in our strategy
to improve the visibility of the site on search engines.
This helps search engines to read the standard pages on
the site and determine their relevance if a user searches for
one of these keywords. It is also important to include some
keywords in the title as well as in the description while
applying all the practices that must be applied when adding
a title or description Or a description of the images and
videos, as we have learned. All of this helps search
engines read, index, and rank the site’s pages within the
first results on the search engine results page.

Site speed is one of the algorithms Google uses to
help it rank websites and pages.
