This document discusses the features and benefits of a corporate intranet solution called Wooqer. It describes how Wooqer can help improve employee engagement and enable daily connections through features like a people directory, birthdays, calendars, tasks and approvals. Wooqer allows all employees to easily create and share content. It also supports onboarding and ongoing learning through online tutorials, exams and surveys. Key features include customizable workflows, forms, checklists and reports for tracking various business processes across departments like HR, marketing, sales and operations.
4. Daily Connect
Enable everyone to connect with each other on a daily basis. People
may start their day by wishing their peers on their birthdays. Help
people improve the effectiveness of meetings by allowing them to
set the agenda and add reference material while setting up the meeting.
Conclude the meetings by recording minutes at the same place. People
can assign tasks to others or seek approvals in one place.
5. Make Everyone a Content Publisher
Everyone in an organization keeps acquiring knowledge through
various channels which could be useful for their colleagues.
Enable them to create content in any format and share it with
their colleagues.

6. Onboarding and Learning
Keep everyone informed and up-to-date on the latest policies and
procedures. Welcome new employees by broadcasting their introduc-
tion video to the entire organization. Enable managers to set 30/60/90
days goals for new employees and track them. Help employees by target-
ing content relevant to their roles, e.g. product knowledge, business
knowledge etc, and measure their learning through online assessments.
Collect their feedback and opinions through online surveys.

7. Forms and Workflows
Wooqer is designed with a “DIY” mindset. Employees
can create new workflow without specialized skills like
programming or deployments. These forms can simply
“Aggregate Data” for real-time analysis, “Audit” an entity
or serve as “Checklist” for a frequent operational process.
Appendix ‘A’ gives you an example of everyday work that
has been implemented by people on Wooqer.
Beyond Intranet
Forms can be marked as public in order
for them to be filled by anyone who
is not part of your corporate
intranet. Similarly surveys
can also be targeted to
emails those are not
part of your corporate
intranet. Such process-
es can be designed to
aggregate information
from partners, vendors
or even customers.
