Mental health is the overall well being of a person. Why is it overall well being?The reason is given
below-
Mental health and physical health are deeply related. If one suffers from a bad physical
health,there are chances that their mental health also gets affected. They may fall into depression ,
or may develop an inferiority complex or in order to forget their issues, work in such a way which
may tire them out and harm them, sometimes.
On the other hand, if one suffers from am bad mental health, they may develop habits such as
binge-eating, drug abuse or sleep issues which will affect their physical health.
Therefore, if one has to have a good mental health, then he or she must also have a good physical
health, which will contribute to their overall well being and vice-versa.
